Both my daughter and I have Coeliac disease, so we were concerned about cross contamination based on a comment we read on the app. We asked about the risk and the staff were very knowledgeable. The pizza bases are provided in a foil tray, which is kept on the pizza at all times to minimize issues with cooking and handling. They also have separate utensils for gluten-free items. The pizzas were delicious and they even had gluten-free cannoli.
