This place is amazing! The staff is really nice and the cool thing about this place is that you can call and order what flavor you want in advance! I ordered a gelati and not only was there a huge chunk of ice cream on the top but there was some at the bottom as well! Recommend to everyone! View all feedback.

Really disappointed today. Got two large Misto’s but they were barely 3/4 full. Not to mention they weren’t well blended the ice is basically just sitting on top of the custard. And one was supposed to have two flavours but only tastes like one. For the price, do better. View all feedback.
If you cant find a flavor you like, then you need to rethink life. Prices are good

Employees refused to honor the buy 2 get 1 free on weekends! False advertising?
Service was good and so was my gelato. However every time I go to any Rita's they never have rootbeer water ice.
The place has a large selection of Italian Ice and one of the best Ritas in Lititz!
