The Grindz - Rawlins

By Wyoming I crossed to stop at Rawlins. I found another great little coffee shop The Grind. In addition to normal coffee drinks, they had sandwiches, potatoes, salads, ice cream, smoothies, red bull infusions and lemonade infusions. A little change for such a small shop. They made me a custom bagel sandwich I loved.

Drive through Rawlins looking for a good cup of coffee and stumbled on this sweet little shop! Great customer service, delicious coffee and super steak breakfast Burritos!! If you are in the neighborhood, you should stop! Many delicious decisions.......... Your stomach will not be disappointed!

Beautiful coffee shop in downtown Rawlins. We thought for coffee and a minute to rest on our kind of walk. The staff was friendly and offered to bring water for our dogs. Good coffee and beautiful looking pastries.

Best breakfast sandwich ever! My mom and I stopped for breakfast and were not disappointed. I usually get French toast but they didn’t have any. I got a dirty chai (my usual drink) and absolutely loved it. I do think they used ice cream, which made it even better. They also brought our food out instead of just handing it over. Oh but let me tell you, those breakfast sandwiches are off the charts. I got sourdough bread and pepper jack cheese and I loved it. Once again, best breakfast sandwich ever.
