The staff seemed overwhelmed as they had to tu... read more My family arrived around 5 PM and we were the last customers to be served. They had run out of almost everything. The staff seemed overwhelmed as they had to turn customers away while still being required to remain open. From what I overheard, they had run out of menu items previously and were reprimanded for closing early. However, the employees were very polite and apologetic. The owner is really the one at fault for the lack of available items and for keeping the restaurant open. If we visit Rawlins again earlier in the day, we'll definitely stop by again.

The line moved very slowly, with a 20-minute wait at 1 pm. The restroom lacked soap, and one stall was missing its door. Additionally, the soda and water dispenser was out of order.

I appreciated seeing the employees restocking drinks and chips, wiping down tables, and sweeping the floors during slower times to keep the place in excellent condition all day. The only downside was the lettuce, which looked a bit off in color and could have been fresher. All the other vegetables appeared very fresh. Overall, it was a positive experience.

One that was supposed to be chicken actually had steak, which is a serious issue since the person it's for is allergic to red meat. This is unacceptable. I provided my phone number and email, so if there was no lettuce available, someone should have called to inform me instead of just making the sandwich incorrectly and hoping I wouldn't notice. I will not be eating here again.
