Cappy's Restaurant Bar - Rawlins

This place is right on the West side of Rawlins Wyoming. the restaurant is clean and the food was good looking. I had the Pub. the fries were good but the fish batter was hard. we ordered lots of food and everyone was happy with their meals

I was on my way to Pennsylvania, and wanted something resembling lunch after getting some fuel. The folks down at the fuel station recommended Cappy's. I guess it is just recently under new management. The service was very good, and the food arrived in a timely fashion. I was just a tad disappointed that the spaghetti was a little on the watery side. Other than that, it was great. I'd eat here again, though I might choose something other than the spaghetti.

Sometimes small town restaurants have the best food and some, the worst. I feel it's fair to give them a few stars because the service was good. The food was, to say the least, not good whatsoever. The coffee is watered down and weak as well. I had it remade and it was still not good. I didn't want to be rude considering the waitresses efforts so I said it would do. Needless to say, don't stop there if you want good food or coffee.

I'm just here and enjoy cheese curds and roasted mushrooms. As a first visitor, I am impressed by the level of customer service and cleanliness. A must to experience the dinner scene on my next trip to Rawlins. Thank you and we will see you next time!!
