I frequently visit this place. Pizza Hut offers the best deal on their alacarte pizzas. Combo and value meals are also available. They also provide dine in however you have to order at the counter but I'm okay with it's pricing, so ordering at counter is not an issue. Their staff at counter are also friendly and very helpful. I order a set of pizza using delivery, they packed right for the other food but only the pizza, they send me an empty box, without pizza. I called customer service and told them the packing problem but doesn't give any response finally. View all feedback.
Poor customer service. The cashier is a girl and her voice tone is not polite and very harsh to customer. Bad service ever.
RM8 for single person, great pizza with mushroom soup.
Service is quite slow although there were not many customers. But it is understandable that they may have been understaffed.
Very excellent customer service shown. They still take my order even they almost close.
