Mrs. ordered a coffee and a scone for 10 mice. The coffee arrived with barely any liquid, just a light foam and about 2 cm of milk in the cup. They took it back, added more milk, and brought it back to her. She requested butter and jam with her scone, but received apricot jam and strawberry cream instead, with no butter. View all feedback.
