Little Caesars Pizza - Ravenna

The little soldiers in Ravenna are the best I've ever had. They make them fresh, and while you might have to wait a few minutes, it's definitely worth it. The owners of this place truly deserve praise; when I go to the little soldiers in my city, it’s a totally disappointing experience. The difference is astounding.

I ordered one pizza and three Italian cheese breads, but when I arrived, nothing was ready. I asked if I could wait in the car, but I was told I had to wait outside. They insisted that I couldn’t stay in the car, even though it would have been much cooler inside. Instead, I had to stand outside in the hot sun for about 10 minutes while they cooked my food. This experience really made me feel undervalued as a customer. So, a word of advice: treat your customers with respect and allow them to wait in a comfortable place for their orders.

The food is good, but not remarkable, and they keep raising the prices.

We ordered a pizza and the drive thru explained to pull around and she would bring our pizza out. We sat and waiting for 30 minutes past our time to have our pizza by while watching plenty of other cars arrive and be promptly given their pizza. Finally, the one time she tried to bring our pizza to us, she realized she was giving us the wrong order and gave it to yet another car. I went inside trying to find out how much longer because it was getting ridiculous and she acted like we were the problem. I would recommend just going to domino's better pizza and friendlier staff
