I have been very disappointed the last three times I have ordered from this restaurant. One time, our chicken tasted strange and we all got sick from it, but they refused to take any action. Whenever I order pizza with extra sauce and well done, it never comes out well done and the sauce lacks flavor. I don't think I will be ordering from them again. Don 't bother going off any hour info on here, if it 's past dinner time just forget it. I 've called 5 different times over the last 3 weeks and no matter what the close time says they 'll always answer Gioninos we 're closed or Gioninos pick up only and online it will say they still don 't close for another hour or two. Every. Single. Time.

Every time we use Ravenna, OH location we have severe problems!! The personnel gets our orders wrong, hang up on U, give bad attitudes, late bringing our orders, the food is cold. This past time, they called for a tip, b4 the delivery person even came (45 min late). We will B going to Kent. OH location from now on. Even having 2 go get our food. If we utilize other Gioninos, we get great service. We have used Streetsboro, Kent, and Akron, with nothing wrong!!
This was a wonderful experience and the food was amazing!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for good pizza!!
