Let me just start by saying that all the times I’ve come here as a local, the staff are absolutely lovely, knowledgeable and I never leave unsatisfied. The chocolate is delicious, that is a given. But the staff make the experience great. Exceptional customer service each and every time.

Good quality chocolates. They have a good range of selection and choice. Service is great.

Prices are as steep as everywhere at Blue Mountain, but at least the quality is there. Really enjoyed the chocolate with built-in nuts.

Debbie was so sweet. She looked at all the ingredients of the chocolates to find me the perfect ones that met my dietary needs. She really knew her stuff! The other staff are very friendly also. There's great gift ideas there
