I cannot say enough about how incredible the staff is at this pita pit location! So friendly and welcoming. Most of the staff have learned my order from memory. They are engaging and ask questions about my life and how my work is going. They are just so kind and wonderful. Very grateful to have such a great team at this pita pit because of how often I eat here. So I just wanted to say thank you! And you absolutely deserve this 5 star review!

The worst service I ever had in Canada. Crew doesn’t treat their customers good. As if customers have the only food option at the location. Suggestion: I’m sure you folks(Pita Pit crew) don’t care, but revisit your mechanism of dine-in. Like, take the customer name for the order and call them by their name when the order is ready.
