Roof top hot tub... read more Fabulous stay with an amazing view, friendly and personable staff, and the right balance of basic amenities. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Roof top hot tub at night is as enjoyable as it gets and the beach club house was very pleasant. Plan to get a leg workout wherever you go as you are on the side of a mountain. If you are with guests who are elderly or not in good shape, Ravello (or any of the hill towns) on the coast might not be the place for you. For everyone else, it 's unbelievably beautiful and should be on your bucket list.

The breakfast server was timely and so wonderful, as was the breakfast food. Most of the concierges were very helpful. The only downside is that the bar food was not good at all, you can find better food in town for MUCH less. And sadly, the concierge named Antonio (the bald one, not the one with hair) was dismissive and rude…very disappointing. The Concierge named Antonio Ferreira was amazing by the way. Overall, it’s a bit over-priced for what you get, but we very much enjoyed our stay. PS the pool is AMAZING!

T... read more We were so excited about this meal but we’re so disappointed. The apertivo was nice prior to dinner. The decor is super cute. Everything is on brand and pink. The view is spectacular. However once they walked us over to the dinner things changed. They would only allow us to order the same menu and given that my husband and I have very different dietary requirements and preferences, this didn’t work for us. It ended up being a thing and set the tone for the rest of the evening. Our waiter was nice but the whole thing was pretentious. The food was ok nothing to write home about. We expected more from a Michelin star restaurant and were sorely disappointed. Not worth the money or time when there are so many really excellent restaurants in Ravello.

He... read more Compare to other one star Michelin restaurants, the staff service is very disappointed. The captain attitude was very arrogant until I speak Italian to him. He just throw the menu to the table. I never seen this in Michelin restaurants. Dishes are ok but not outstanding. Some local Italian restaurant does better. The pasta not even Al dente.
