Unfortunately, because of the rip-off, there are 2 less stars from me

Despite having a reservation, no one at the restaurant knew anything about it. We had to search around to find a free table. The buffet was mostly empty, yet we were still charged full price. The organization was practically nonexistent. The staff seemed mostly annoyed, unfriendly, and completely overwhelmed. The only bright spots were an older gentleman, a young man, and a young woman with glasses – at least they were friendly. But that doesn't change the overall impression. Absolutely not recommended on weekends.
