Trujillo's - Raton

Great burger and onion rings. Ordered the 1/2 pound cheeseburger with bacon and green chile. Much better than McD's and Sonic. Have to give their Mexican dishes a try next time I'm in town.

Best chile rellenos we have had in ages. The green chili is so delicious.

We sat and waited for menus. We sat and waited for water. We waited for almost an hour for our food, after the entire rest if the dining room emptied from the patrons who where here when we arrived. Then my plate was brought out, and we waited another 10 minutes for my son's plate to arrive. And another 5 for my husband's burger. I'm a patient person, but this is beyond ridiculous. Not a good way to make a positive impression. I ordered the stuffed sopapilla... The sopapilla was soggy, the meat cold and the green chili flavorless. My son had ordered papas, he got beans. But no worries, I have him mine since they were cold and unseasoned. Sad. We had such high hopes... We won't be back.

This place is AWESOME ! Food was amazing , staff was all smiles and even tho I spent the afternoon in the hammock the owner checked on me to see if i needed my coke refilled several times . This place is top notch !

The food was enjoyable! I tried the stuffed sopapilla, and it was delicious. The chili was also tasty—so much so that I even ordered some to take home. The service was great as well. I’ll definitely be coming back. God bless!
