La Cocina Café - Raton

The Cafe did a great job of hosting our group of 40 to 50 for 3 different meals. The food is still, after 50 years, the best Mexican food I have ever tasted.

Never, ever, ever disappoints..... Excellent food..... After all these years... Service is always impeccable.... Represent local..... And we know our Northern NM........ It's not about hot tourists.........

Went 3 times an each time my experience gets worse wich I don’t understand how a not so busy restaurant can’t roll burritos !!.I was told the food was made with love but now it’s with Grief ?

We shared a dinner of 3 Mixed Meat Enchiladas with Green Chili and it was excellent!! The meat was ground beef a few very tender roast chunks! The red chili would have been hotter, but this was just right for us plenty to share, since 1 sopapilla comes with it we ordered an extra. They were hot good when dripping with honey! (We aren't rice eaters, so ordered the beans only! Everything was neat, clean orderly and it's a great place to stop.....we'll be back!

Food was awesome and customer service was the best!!
