They even went out of their way to add potatoes to my sandwich for me. They work cleanly, and the shop seems hygienic.

He barely interacted with the customers, seemed annoyed, and sometimes even rolled his eyes. You got the feeling he didn't care about his job at all, which made the atmosphere very unpleasant. As a customer, it really makes you feel uncomfortable. It's a shame—I actually like going to Subway, but it's no fun like this.
