Instead of replacing the missing Subway, they told me to reorder half a Subway, pay for it, and... read more We ordered, but one Subway was delivered too few. I called them. Instead of replacing the missing Subway, they told me to reorder half a Subway, pay for it, and pay another €5.99 delivery fee. Before that, we had already paid €65 with a €5.99 delivery fee, and then another €15 with a €5.99 delivery fee, even though it was their mistake. As an apology, we only received two cookies and half a Subway. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience with our first order. I won 't be ordering from them again.
