Pizzeria-Trattoria Lago Blu - Ratingen

We had great service and enjoyed the Pizza and Pasta ! our waiter/bartender was really nice, The family is italian from Sicily, Italy An authentic Italian food Highly recommended

Went for a meal as was told it was good. I ordered tomato soup as a starter. It was definitely Heinz tinned tomato soup but they swirled a bit of cream in it and added a leaf to make it look like homemade. Would not go there again.

Very good restaurant with a wide variety of dishes. Went there with a group of 12 and we were all very satisfied with the quality of the dishes. Service was quite quick and the waiter was very friendly and patient (which is needed when taking orders from a group of 12).Appetizers and main dishes did not disappoint. Meat as well as fish dishes were flavorful and well prepared. I would have given this restaurant 5 stars had the wines not been disappointing. We tried 2 different Italian wines (recommended by the waiter) but I found them to be disappointing and too expensive for what they were. Other than that, no negative remarks whatsoever.If you're looking for a good Italian restaurant in Ratingen, this is it.

I captured the essence of our meal experience.The location is outside of the city center at the edge of a business park area.What we got was very good and tasty.La "mama" in the kitchen and at least one of her sons serving.Service pronto and friendly.If we're ever near Ratingen again we will certainly think of going for another visit.
