Burgershof - Ratingen

I visited twice this week, firstly for lunch as a couple and latterly dinner with business colleagues. On both occasions, service and fare were excellent. The location has an air of traditional German, with a very large enclosed outdoor seating area. The menu is extensive,...serving a mixture of fairly standard dishes. It's not cheap but offers moderate pricing. The Schnitzel was served on a bed of cold and slightly tart potato salad, which formed a nice balance to cut through the fried meat. A very nice meal indeed and I would recommend if you're in the area.

Nice restaurant with good food an wine, charming Biergarten in a suburban (to Dusseldorf) location. Friendly and helpful staff, good for birthday meetings with family and friends.

I went with my work team of and we all enjoyed this restaurant very much. The drink was good, the food and service was of excellent quality, the majority having steaks that were all cooked very well.

Order yourself a pilsner or white wine to begin a long lunch full of old stories and banter. Take a table outside with a big umbrella. Food choices are good including big-sized pork chop with a nice rind on it. Herring is traditional taste just...right with salad. Pasta with prawns is lovely. You want to stay longer so order another glass. Take the rest if the afternoon off.

Visited the restaurant with work colleagues. Excellent food, great selection of beers and brilliant service. Highly recommended.
