Whether... read more I was there yesterday on August 22nd. at Hasenpfeffer Essen and I don't think I'm going too far when I say that it's the best restaurant in the region. Whether with the home-baked brioche and focaccia, the excellently seasoned tartare with quail egg and Prunier caviar, the excellent lobster bisque, the Tournedo Rossini in perfection or the semolina balls with the flattering pistachio cream were a real treat. Above all, I would like to highlight the Tournedo Rossini, which I have not yet had served in this perfect quality. This experience was rounded off by the attentive service, which responded to my request for non-alcoholic and bitter citrus flavored drinks with delicate drinks. Finally, all that remains is to say “Happiness” and hopefully see you again soon.
