The stove rolls are very small at the moment and they aren't even there in the morning. The rolls on offer aren't always there either (pretzel sticks)

Baker Thonke took over the catering for the concert in Brandenburg Cathedral as part of the Brandenburg Summer Concerts and was there with a sales vehicle. Since the catering industry in Brandenburg seems to be overwhelmed by larger events, Thonke was our culinary rescue: with bockwurst, very good potato salad, lard sandwiches, wine and beer, we were able to really enjoy the evening after the concert in front of the cathedral. It was very cozy, very tasty and much cheaper than in the crowded restaurants. Many thanks to the very friendly sellers at Thonke and the post-concert picnic experience in a beautiful cathedral ambience that was made possible.

There is a lack of hygiene in the Thonke bakery and the employees are rude. Stinks of alcohol or urine. I can't recommend it
