A lot could be... read more Update after 3 years: I feel like everything 's a bit run-down these days. The play area in the beer garden, in particular, could be spruced up. A lot could be achieved there with relatively little effort. As a father, I pay attention to things like that. Here and there, you can see in the beer garden that nothing has been done here in a while. A few loose/rotten boards here and there... What really bothers me, though, is that our drinks always came with ice cubes, and even then, they were only filled to the gauge line! That 's not allowed, and it makes you feel a bit stupid. I would prefer that they asked us if we wanted ice cubes, especially since it wasn 't exactly hot at 20 degrees Celsius. Recession of 2022: Nice beer garden and good food with a frequently changing specials menu. Service has also improved after the coronavirus pandemic and is attentive. The only thing I find a bit odd is that with the €22 rump steak, you get the choice between herb butter or braised onions, and they 're charged extra for each. I haven 't experienced that in other restaurants. The fries weren 't my cup of tea either, as they came straight from the oven, but that 's probably due to the current oil shortage.
