It is hard to call la NOI just a restaurant. We ended up here unexpected, after the host from our camping adviced us to. We couldn't have been more excited when we entered. The interieur feels very cozy and the host and cook is a really kind lady. She prepared a local dish that was the best we had in Romenia. We arrived here after a long trip to Bucharest. The place is quite nice but the customer service is not appealing. The waitress is one the rudest people I’ve encountered.
