What Dean P doesn't like about Icons Coffee Couture, Al Hamra Mall, Ras Al Khaimah:
Chose breakfast tower and coffee's. After 25 min the food arrived. No plates and disposable wooden cutlery. Fried eggs and bacon was stone cold, as were the waffles. No butter, jam, honey as per the menu. Went to speak to the staff who clearly couldn't care less. This place is an absolute gem! The food is really great and the prices are very good! Amazing ambience and the staff is so nice. Do try their breakfast platters, it's A LOT of food. View all feedback.
