A fine dining restaurant called Lauber that can easily be described as a real secret type! The food was excellent and the service friendly. The restaurant appears to have been recently overhauled, is beautifully designed and has its own charm. The view of the Valais mountains and the Rhone plain is an experience in itself. We would love to come back for a trip to St. German!

Parking spaces are available in the community car park, a 1 minute walk away (coin slot). The food was excellent and although we only ordered a main course, we received a greeting from the kitchen. The tartar sauce was homemade and very good! The chef also came to ask if we liked it. Very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!
