No one expects a gourmet dish from the subway, but a vegan sandwich (with our without spicy vegan patty) from this chain is quite decent and can be very diverse. the patty is not hot by the way. vegan labelling should be improved, although only one labeled sauce, no labeled brot. View all feedback.
They now offer the vegan patty, meatless chicken teriyaki and meatless Teriyaki steak. In addition vegan slices (cheese) and vegan garlic aioli. This makes it possible to build a delicious sandwich nowadays, especially as they introduced vegan garlic aioli a few years ago. Vegan labelling could be improved for bread. I am glad that the vegan options are in special green containers, so I can see that I get the vegan meat and not the quite similar sounding chicken Teriyaki, because the meatless could be hard to hear. I was glad that the person who made the sandwich suggested the Teriyaki sauce and mentioned that the sauce is vegan without asking me because she noticed that I just ordered vegan stuff. They also offer a vegan double chocolate cookie. Even if the subway in the old part of Rapperswil is right on a busy road and outside seat is not at all beautiful.
No one expects a gourmet meal from Subway, but a vegan sandwich (with our without Spicy Vegan Patty) from this chain is quite decent and can be varied a lot. Patty's not hot, by the way. Vegan labelling should be improved, even though only a marked sauce, no marked bread.
