We were not allowed inside the first question was “essen?” “Food?” we were not sure, wanted to start with the drinks and then we would see. We didn’t see the menu either so were asked by the waiter that we need to go and find food somewhere else. Maybe because we were tourists he didn’t like this. We went somewhere else, had nice drinks, chat, fun, and some good food. Forcing customers that they need to EAT and if not, they can go and “fxxx yourselves” is sometimes off putting and maybe not good for the business. He still had few tables empty and still he didn’t want us to go and see the menus, sit down, relax and enjoy our trip to Rapperswil.

...nice location, good food (spaghetti alio olio for 21chf), service was okay but then you get the check with water for the price of one entree? Would not go again...sorry, but thats a value issue.

Hallo Ich war an ein Sonntag Nachmittag dort und für ein Capuccino musste ich 45 min. warten. der Capuccino war dazu noch kalt.Dann war dort ein Kellner aus Lecce und sagte, es sei wie in Italien.Man muss Geduld haben und warten. das ist keine Leistung und unprofessionell.Ein paar neben mir hat ein Zettel genommen und aufgeschriebenwas sie wollten bestellen und haben es rein gebracht.ich musste lachen.

Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen über den Service absolut nicht! sehr aufmerksam, schneller Service und freundlich. Sie haben sehr viel vegane Optionen, was ich hammer finde! Leider war es aber zu viel Käse auf der Pizza. Preise sind in Ordnung.

Unfreundliches Personal. Nachv30 min Wartezeit weder Essen noch Getränke bekommen. Nie wieder! Schade
