We were there at noon and the restaurant was full! Everything was very clean and ran like the clockwork. The food was quick and the only thing I can really say that would be out of the distance that the bungalow on my Big Mac was dry.
I literally never had a better breakfast at a McDonald's than this one. The workers had not made and sent out a bs attitude with the order, even though we came at the beginning of a rush. There were at least 6 orders before us and we had to wait no longer than 3 minutes to get our food. Cleanest McDonald's bathroom I've ever seen.
This is my favorite Mickey D's. They are good my fries are always fresh. No crunchy or dried out fries ever. Sure you have to wait your turn inside and the drive through, but it is always worth it.
This Night Manager, Mr. Tori (sorry if I spelled his name wrong) literally made my whole night! It's been hard visiting my parents over the summer while my husband is deployed. Coming to the Rantoul McDonald's play place has been a small peice of heaven for us, and Tori gave us more than exceptional customer service. The food was fresh and we were welcomed with open arms even though the building closes in just minutes. Thank you for going the extra mile for us Mr. Tori and we will see you next time!
Never been with a nicer MCDonalds. It was packed by the weather and the woman I placed my order could say I was overwhelmed with my 2yr old. She went beyond and beyond and helped to carry the cups to my table. The staff even exchanged trains from Happy Food!
