**A Local Coffee Shop's Mixed Review: A Bitter Brew**
In the heart of the town, the local coffee shop garners both love and frustration. Patrons express annoyance over frequent order mix-ups, long wait times, and erratic customer service, with some orders reportedly arriving incorrect or unappetizing. Though the staff at certain locations are praised for their kindness and quick service, the overall experience can often feel inconsistent. While the coffee itself lacks the flavor complexity sought by some customers, others appreciate the nostalgic charm and quick bites. Ultimately, this establishment remains a double-edged sword in the quest for caffeine, particularly in a town with limited options.

Polite service at Dunkin', although I wish their menu still included Baskin Robbins treats at this location.
Mobile ordering could be improved when it comes to Munchkin options, though that's not the store's fault. I love the staff, the line moves quickly enough, and the donuts taste great.
I'm really frustrated that this is the only coffee shop in town. They frequently get my order wrong, to the point where if you don't double-check it, you're likely to end up with the wrong item.
It took almost 25 minutes to get two small black coffees—nothing elaborate, just a straightforward order.
Love the current staff at the Springfield location in Champaign. I really like Sam on prospect, and Bobby on University with the people at the Springfield location in Champaign are the best they're just very very kind and sweet people especially the afternoon crew. Seems like the rantoul locations screws up my coffee a lot and I really used to like that location I'd stop there between jobs
