Caspia is one of the oldest chinese restaurants in Rangpur. It is used to be the most popular restaurant in the city few years ago. But the quality of this restaurant is decreasing day by day. We orded fried rice, chicken fry, Chinese vegetables and chicken thai soup from here. The quantity of the fried is too little!
