I spent the evening celebrating my partner's birthday, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. The service was phenomenal, and the food was absolutely incredible—everything came out quickly and was cooked to perfection. Every waitress and staff member we interacted with was fantastic and genuinely friendly. We dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around $60-80. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Piccolo Papà:
That said, the base was really good, making it all the more unfortunate that everything else fell short. For nearly $30, I expected much more. Is this their new standard? I’m unsure if I will return, but perhaps it was just an off night. It’s disheartening, as there seems to be a lack of decent pizza options in Toowoomba on a Friday or Sunday night. View all feedback.
Here with a small group at the weekend to dinner. very busy, personal was super friendly, but hard to get their attention to time. eating was excellent, very tasty and huge portions. good wine list, but I want to see more of the glass available. overall we will be back - perhaps at a week night when it is a bit calmer.
This place is well ordered, and eating is very good. enthusiastic and good value for money. fresh pasta, excellent pizza. it is worth finding if they are good simple Italian.
I love wood fire pizza! we were happy with us, it was delicious. I thought my gnocchi was on the sticky side, but taste was still good. overall good experience and would come back.
The service was good, but the pizza was below average. we ordered the bufalina. the pizza was burned down and super soggy in the middle. we couldn't finish the pizza because it was unpleasant to eat.
This was our 4th dining experience our worst. 1st bad, 2nd good, 3rd bad, 4th bad. The food is wonderful has kept us coming back, until today. Other diners who arrived after us were served before us. Not once after the waitress took our order did she check on us or lack of food. It was the pizza chef who came out to confirm, re-order apologise profusely. We noticed there were other diners with the same perplexed expressions as they tried dignantly to catch someones attention. We approached the counter on leaving asked to speak with the manager. His body language was apparent as he walked towards us with a defeated look that made saying anything feel fruitless. I'm not sure he...read more
