They are really sweet people. They need to hire help. They also need too ask and listen to others about their recipes. If someone orders cheese. Take it out of the freezer as soon as the order is taken. Better yet keep it in the .refrigerator. buy or make a larger cheese cake and charge more if you have to. I hope your restaurant succeeds. I can tell you are learning as you go. View all feedback.
