I had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect rating of 5. The service was also top-notch, making for a delightful dining experience. The atmosphere was pleasant, although I would rate it a 4. If you visit, I highly recommend trying the Almond Chicken—it's a standout dish! View all feedback.
What Brian James dislikes about California Wok:
The fried rice was very disappointing, just plain rice possibly sprinkled with a little soy sauce—there were no vegetables or meat included. It didn’t resemble any fried rice I’ve had in the past.
The wontons were overcooked and completely tasteless.
As for the egg rolls, they were solely filled with vegetables and soggy; they seemed like they were straight out of a frozen food aisle.

Literally only place that was left open that even states all over they close at 9 pulled in from working in the oil fields at 801 pm the guy turns the sign from open to closed and just stares. Maybe this is how business is done in Rangely, CO. May I also state being a truck driver I follow specific hours I can drive so I was stuck without any food because I trusted they put up the correct hours on their door. Pretty bummed.
Great food. My boyfriend got the sushi and was a big fan, I got vegetable lo mien and absolutely loved it. We got some wontons as an appetizer and they were delicious with the sweet and sour sauce. The staff was very friendly and did a wonderful job
I come here once a year to eat at this place it’s the best Chinese food in America the chef is the owner and has been cooking for like 30 years and is from Chinatown NYC. Best Chinese food ever hands down chicken and broccoli is bomb ordered it 3 days in a row and bounce. I fly here for this place…..agian best Chinese food in the world.
