We spent a long weekend in the lovely treehouse. It is idyllic to hear the horses, cows and birds at night. You can really relax here. For breakfast there is a fine buffet with homemade butter and jams. We can highly recommend dinner at the hotel. We ate very well twice. No idea about gluten!!! I wanted to order an iced coffee at Bären this afternoon. Since I have celiac disease, I had to ask if the iced coffee was gluten-free. “Iced coffee is always gluten-free” is the answer. Well, out of 10 classes only about 6 are gluten free!!!
