My father actually used to take me here when I was around 8-9 years old. I am now 25 and work for a vacation business. One of my clients lived in Randolph and I was suddenly reminded of how wonderful this place was to me and how many fond memories I have coming here with my father and having fun with all of the employees/management after school. I ordered a coupon offline it does say upon looking back fingers but it gave me option for wings/ fingers when choosing my options for sauces so I assumed I cou... read more I ordered a coupon offline it does say upon looking back fingers but it gave me option for wings/ fingers when choosing my options for sauces so I assumed I could get wings and wrote wings in the notes. When I got there whoever gave me my order was extremely rude and unprofessional and said in a disgusted manner “ I don’t know why who made the order wrote wings when it’s just for fingers “ i politely said well it said wings on my options so I wrote in wings if it’s just fingers it should be more clear and she aggressively told me multiple times it was not wings included. I also paid for extra blue and received neither blue cheese in my order. Overall will never return somewhere where they clearly don’t understand how to talk to people or to advertise on their website.
