Myrah's Kitchen - Randolph
Myrah's Kitchen
Description
Myrah's Kitchen serves bold, authentic Haitian dishes — generous portions, fresh cooking and standout sauces — in a clean, no-frills space. Many praise the well-seasoned chicken, pork, plantains and spicy sides. However, uneven hours, unreliable phone orders, slow and sometimes rude counter service and language barriers can make visits frustrating. Best for fans of Haitian food and adventurous, patient diners willing to trade polish for flavor.

The food here is excellent! I was pleasantly surprised. While the service could be quicker, the young lady taking orders is very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend Myrah's Kitchen!
Myrah's Kitchen in Randolph, MA, offers the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The cashier displayed a poor attitude and lacks any customer service skills. Marjorie, your restaurant is struggling with the employees you have. If you tell me my food will be ready in 30 minutes when I call, it should be prepared and waiting for me when I arrive. Instead, I had to wait 40 minutes for my order! It's simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the young staff member had the nerve to respond with attitude when I asked a simple question about the wait time. I would advise everyone to avoid this restaurant unless you have plenty of time to spare.
The service was quite rude, and if you’re looking to be treated poorly with no appreciation for your patronage, this is the place for you. The food wasn’t even exceptional. I will definitely not be spending my money there again.
Stopped by for the grand opening. Had the pork with rice and my wife had the chicken with plantains. Both were delicious. The sauce for the pork was amazing. The coleslaw that came with the chicken was awesome but shockingly spicy.
