Quickly, I've been to Five Guys 2 or 3 times and since then it's been a good experience. My order is taken within 1 minute and served without a long wait. I ordered the Cheeseburger, Fries and bottled Coke. 20 dollars is a bit pricey but the quality is good; plus the burger has 2 patties. The burger is stacked and more than satisfying. Hats off to the team at this restaurant. They were all working hard and the place was spotless! The food was fresh and served promptly. I had been to two other places recently where the service was chaotic and the staff didn't pay attention to customers. Not the case at Randolph's - great job!

Came in the soda machine was broken and there was too many people on the second one so I had to wait for a while. I feel like if u want good customer service u should probably come in the morning. At night everything looks unorganized. The workers just run around. And the mens bathroom always smells.
