Capri's has a wonderful atmosphere, and the delivery drivers are consistently friendly. If there's ever a mistake with our order, they promptly take care of it! The food is fantastic! In response to a previous comment, yes, they are open, but it’s understandable that they don’t want their drivers making deliveries if a call comes in at 10:45, especially when they close at 11. Just imagine running a business and having to wait for a delivery driver to return at 11:15 after a long day! Everyone makes mistakes sometimes.
Terrible experience. The service is subpar and quite inconsistent. They claim to be open until 11, but you often can't place an order after 10. Additionally, they put ham on their bacon cheese fries, which is pretty unprofessional. It's clear why they seem to always be hiring. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant.
I have ordered from this company many many times for delivery never had a problem had a problem tonight several times put on hold forever made a total of 4 phone calls my order was wrong I finally got to talk to a manager ask him that what all ordered be delivered to me at another time free of charge just what I was missing he said no no can do so that's fine his loss and loyal customer not because of the mistake but because of how I was treated by the manager I would avoid this restaurant
I really appreciate the fast delivery! The owners are very kind, and the food is delicious. My personal favorites are the pizza, and I can't help but indulge in the mozzarella sticks. The food always arrives in about 20 minutes!
