Despite a recently completed remodel, the dining experience at this restaurant seems to be falling short of expectations. Many patrons have reported frequent order inaccuracies and unsatisfactory food quality, with complaints about the taste and preparation of items, particularly beverages. Decent, but they keep forgetting my ranch (which I'm pretty sure I'm extra charged, but correct me when I'm wrong). Also- the menu board says that the chicken dishes come with 2 pages, but workers only allow them, 1. they need to make sure they are properly trained on the menu.
Spend $33 and have to bring it home and cook it ready. they have to cook. 2 out of 4 biscuits were still raw, maybe 30 percent bo rounds needed more they maybe 70 percent boiled. Homestyle channels were cooked, but were lukewarm. prices rose, but quality has not improved. psbeen missing yall but dang seems like the same old problems hit or miss.
The last two family dishes I got here were well cooked. Skin was so hard and chicken. extremely dry. I love Bojangle's chicken, but they really screwed it up lately.
I ordered a 4 piece chicken supremes when I got home I had recived a 4 piece chicken McNuggets for 10 dollars, these are not supremes, quality of what they are selling in not good, if I eat here again I will inspect the food and get my money back if Iget ripped off again.
Last two family meals I got here the chicken was way over cooked. Skin was so hard and chicken.extremely dry. I love Bojangles chicken but they have been really messing it up lately at this location.
