(Trust me and get the cheesteak egg rolls or the crab fries or BOTH! . The bartender did a great job with the drinks as well. They weren?t too strong and went so well with the meal. There were several empty tables near the pool table, and the bar... read more When I walked in, I saw two gentlemen playing pool, and I greeted them, but only one responded. There were several empty tables near the pool table, and the bar area was also vacant. I approached the bar, where a young woman was behind the counter, seemingly occupied with her phone—either texting or scrolling. I didn't mind waiting for her to finish, thinking she would eventually acknowledge me. However, when she turned around, I expected a greeting. Instead, she completely ignored me, stayed on her phone, and walked away without making eye contact or saying anything. I exchanged a look with my husband, and we both silently agreed that it was time to leave. We were both surprised by such a blatant lack of acknowledgment. Given how empty the place was, it seemed like this behavior might be the norm. If a staff member on duty treats customers this way, it's hard to imagine the place ever being full. In short, I have nothing positive to say about this experience, and I definitely will not be returning!
