Wendi's Donuts - Rancho Santa Margarita

Great donuts and nice service from the family. Very clean. So happy to have them nearby.

This morning two female cashiers were assisted me one was in training the trainer totally messed up my order, open faced, Everything bagel avocado sausage (cream cheese! Forgot the cream cheese. No big deal! then overcharged me because she thought I ordered an extra bagel on the side, again. no big deal! Until she started raising her voice. Making a scene and acting as though. I somehow was trying to cheat her? With her Super thick accent, that was Super difficult to understand? here's a little piece of advise, The next time, just be nice and fix the problem. Instead of arguing

We have lived in this area for ever and never came here. Didn't have any idea how special this place is! We were at the mailbox place next door and dropped in for a couple of sandwiches...... Wow!! Highly recommend their #21 on jalapeño bagel with pepper Jack cheese. Great value with excellent flavor make it our number #1!! We call in for pick up and it's ready when we get there !! Breakfast is awesome too !!! And the croissants.... yummy!!!!

We used to like these donuts but lately they have been very bad. We gave it one more chance hoping they would be good. They were not. The oil from the donuts and the bagels soaked the bottom of the box. We tried to wipe off the oil with paper towel but we took a bite and all we can taste is rancid oil. I guess they don't change the oil they are cooking in. It was horrible! We threw away a box of donuts and a the bagels we bought. Very bad!

They are so sweet, the donuts and the bagels, are always fresh. Their menu is awesome too! It's a very busy place, so if you do not order ahead, then be patient, they are working really hard to get you served.
