This store in Rancho Santa Margarita delivered my order at the wrong time to a client which sent me scrambling. I would have give normally 3 stars because they were friendly about their mistake. But this was $60 for 12 cookies.I understand it’s overpriced, but I expect perfection when paying this high a premium. I asked them to make it right. Crumbl is always amazing! I came in the other day to this location for the first time and was super impressed with how fancy their store is, it instantly feels like you’ve walked into a cookie paradise and your senses are hugged by the aroma of the most delicious cookies in the world! PB cup was the reason I wrote this review 10/10!
