Shang Hai Inn - Rancho Mirage

We are new in the area and really enjoy this place. I was there twice. We ordered different dishes each time and all were great.

We were so happy to find a good Chinese restaurant nearby! Food is good quality and service came with a smile, I'm pretty sure she smiled under her mask, anyway she was very nice and took great care about us! The atmosphere exceeded expectations for a restaurant in the Strip-Mall. Nice decor.

Food was good, but not authentic. I ordered Kung Pao chicken. It wasn't really Kung Pao but it was still delicious. Service was adequate.

I occasionally dine there when I'm in the mood for Chinese cuisine. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is friendly. It's also a nice spot for dessert. As a vegetarian, I found the menu a bit limited in terms of options. However, the Sesame Tofu was beautiful and delicious!
