Walked in at 930pm. Guest at resort Ordered drinks appetizers and entrees. Bread and butter didn’t come out till entrees, appetizers were ok. Ordered 2 steaks, on medium well one medium rare. The medium well came out rare, the medium rare had some type of nasty glazing on it. This is a fantastic restaurant on the property for families with kids. The food is very tasty. It may be a bit expensive, but it's definitely worth it.
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but we were seated in a less appealing area. The glass of water I received had a large lipstick mark on it, and it didn't appear to have been cleaned. However, they did offer complimentary drinks to make up for the inconvenience.
I didn't get my credit card back, and no one seems to be able to locate it. I've received no follow-up or concern from the staff. I'm very disappointed.
It was a wonderful dining experience! My whole family enjoyed the delicious food and elegant atmosphere.
The brioche rolls were outstanding, as was the steak tips in ginger.
