I found the online ordering process to be very straightforward, and my food was ready for me when I arrived. You have the option to choose curbside pickup or go inside the restaurant. Your order is conveniently available at the counter, freshly prepared and nicely packaged with sauces, utensils, and napkins included. What User doesn't like about Waba Grill:
The customer service was very disappointing. The employee, Angie, was rude during my visit. I won’t be returning to this establishment. The manager needs to give her some guidance on how to treat customers properly. View all feedback.
The location was one of the nicest until the past couple of months. The new team in the morning will ignore you until you put money in tip cup .... What is so sad is, they want the tip before you place your order. Even when its only take out... they will take your purchase payment and walk away.... start cleaning tables, or arranging items behind counter.... just make you wait longer for not tipping before the food is prepared. WABA please pay your people better....Perhaps then they won 't be so rude. Peace?
So I gave it another try after the horrible experience a few weeks ago and OMG the cashier really hates her job ! The tall redhead should not be helping clients she is very very rude. Same cashier same horrible attitude. I understand they are short staffed but she is horrible !
Went to this location tonight and got terrible service. Waited for the cashier to finish taking a phone order which she took prior to taking our order. After she got off the phone she ignored us and got to work on the phone order. When she finally acknowledged us it was to tell us she would likely be out of white rice because she just took a large order. I turned to discuss ordering brown rice with my fiance and she walked off then continued to ignore us. Couldn't make it any clearer she didn't want to take our order. Rude, rude, rude! Zero stars!
I really enjoyed visiting this restaurant; it's clean and well-maintained. We placed our orders and got our drinks, then settled in to wait for our food. Unfortunately, we waited for over 15 minutes. When I mentioned to Angie that my food was cold, she told me it had been sitting on the counter the whole time. She responded with an attitude, shrugging her shoulders and saying it was fine. When I inquired about the manager, she claimed there wasn't one available. After returning to my table, I noticed Angie and her colleagues whispering and laughing behind my back. This made my experience uncomfortable and rather unpleasant. I couldn't even enjoy my meal—I actually lost my appetite.
It's okay as far as wabas go. Not my favorite location. People are nice but the food is just different.
