Keep your cup of ice (you may need it). So I?ve been here a few times because I?m willing to give a place a second chance or two. That ?cup of ice? was what was left from my tea after a few sips. Believe me I order without ice now. As for why you need to keep the cup? Been here when people in my party try and use the restroom before closing and are told they are closed. Amazing coffee here. Staff was very quick as well. Probably the best coffee in town!!
Today marks the day of my dad's Birthday. Sadly, he has passed away as of last year. Back in 2018 on June 3 father and I had walked to this Coffee Bean and Tea leaf, since we were bored. He had gotten an iced coffee and I a blended drink. When he finished the drink (second picture the cup was half-filled with ice. I took a pic and we joked that we would write a review complaining about the amount of ice. We never did, and I haven't been since. Until today, my mom and I walked to Coffee Bean, and both got an iced coffee. Our drinks were both good and had a reasonable amount of ice in them (first pic . Now I'm writing this review. I know it partly depends on who's the barista, but Coffee bean you've improved. Thank you for the coffee and the memories, we'll be coming again. :
They're always nice when I go the drinks are always good. I love the flavored teas.
This was my first time at The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf. My server was so patient with me. She advised me to download the app, waited patiently until the download was complete and explained everything to me. I ordered ice coffee and loved it. I’ve ordered ice coffee from several other establishments and it was not to my liking. This particular Coffee Bean Tea Leaf provided excellent customer service.
