Subway - Rancho Cucamonga

The staff here always seem to move at the slowest pace possible. I can start a sandwich at 2 PM and still be out of the restaurant by 2:30 PM. It's hard to believe how low-energy the employees are and how little priority is placed on making service quick at this A&W location.

The quality of the food is good. The young female looks angry and seems to hate her job. Very unprofessional.

This is the sorriest excuse for a subway i have ever been to! I came here TODAY at 8:11 and the dude running the store tells me I cant buy a croissant breakfast sandwich because he HASN'T MADE THEM YET! Its an hour and 11 minutes since they opened and hislazy self hasn't made the croissants! What the hell could he be doing in this store if he isnt doing his JOB! Absolutelyridiculous!!!

Another employee, a petite brunette, was equally unprofessional. She openly complained about another customer’s request to have his salad chopped, sarcastically suggesting he visit a chop shop up the street instead. After he left, she continued to mock other random customer requests. I was truly shocked that these two individuals are entrusted with running a store, given their lack of awareness and disrespectful communication with customers.

We waited a long time for our food, and just as we sat down to take our first bite, they asked us to leave. The only reason I gave a one-star rating is that it’s the lowest option available. To be honest, the food wasn’t very good either. I typically reserve ratings for experiences that are either great or terrible, and this one was definitely terrible with mediocre food. I really wish I could give a zero rating.
