Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Rancho Cucamonga

We arrived at 21:00 clock, they close at 10 o'clock, so we thought we had enough time without eating. the cassians and other women with a headset were super rude when we asked for serviettes, forks and sosse that they were away from themselves. we said we thank them every time we asked for something without being welcome in the opposite. they looked unhappy to be there. we cost our meal when suddenly the lights were turned off at 9:30. we and another customer were sitting in. we felt like we were kicked out of the restaurant. after that we didn't taste our food. we felt rushed to go because we were in the dark. will never return to this place again.

Worst service ever, girls were rude. they asked me to pour my own sauce. what I wouldn't have. but the people did not follow the instructions to wear gloves and charged me $10 for about 10 tassen sauce. platz was dirty with no manger in front of place.

Terrible service! the food was good. that was my first time here, so I was slowly in order. both of them were rude and would sigh loudly if I had a question, so I don't think it was just a worse person than the environment was bad. the cashier gave me a hard time to ask for the eating of my cream. if my son wasn't so hungry, I would have just left. after I had ordered my son and I were the only ones in the restaurant, they just left my eating on the counter. they didn't call my number out or they got the call to go out and get us our food. I order to dive and they sacked it for me. the bagged eating is not bad, but there are all the little things that added to a bad experience. I could add about 5 more negative things, but sick stay here. if they like a bad setting with good eating, then that's her place. as far as I am concerned, I will definitely have Hawaiian bbq again, only not at this place again.

Food was signed and tender chicken, full of flavor. Comes with mac salad, white rice and cabbage with broccoli. Give it a try, you won't be sorry

The dining area wasn't clean, especially the outdoor tables. Food was good as you can expect from them. I hope the kitchen is clean.
