Horrible customer service every time order ahead they never can get our order correct and refuse to refund us , even if it?s over a 25+ purchase or if you accidentally order two coffees because the app freezes or doesn?t load . I?d like to see better assistance from employees to consumers . I do understand they get busy and we appreciate them even being open . The biggest things are they rush you when you?re ordering and fed don?t assist you. Also just ordered donuts on app arrived at location paying way more kind you think the donuts they did have available . Personally owner of this establishment I?d truly work out the kinks with your employees. Poor customer service is majority of a customer coming back and word of mouth and positive feed back . Extremely PO about the donuts they decided to give us rather than what we chose Also their phone doesn?t work . To call to ask a question rather than going in to reduce COVID 19

The Drinks, Breakfast Sandwiches DONUTS are so amazing Coffee at fantastic drinking temp. Donuts are fresh soft. Perfect bites every time. If I had to choose... I will choose DD everytime

I ordered thru door dash and ordered a charli, hash browns, and a chai tea... i got an ice tea no hasbrowns and some chocolate stuff idek what this is

Something is wrong with management. Employees have been nice, but inexperienced with customer service and I had to educate them. Donuts are delicious but have almost nothing available as day goes on. I actually wonder if donuts are made continously throughout the day. I've gone twice after 6pm to a practically empty display case with like 4 employees standing around.... I guess I'm spoiled with Krispy Kreme and there availability of most donuts no matter what time of night. We make afternoon donut runs once a month in our family as a fun treat. So far DDs is 1-4 on having even 1/2 the donuts on menu available...I actually LIKE DD more than KK but we're gonna go where we know we have options.

I love this location and their employees. They are so friendly and sweets! Dunkin has great coffee and selection of donuts. The Boston Creme Donut is the absolute best! My go to coffer is the Caramel Craze Latte with Oatmilk. So good! I love the fact that most of their syrups are low in sugar or sugar free. Their food is not the best. It has a weird smell to it. Similar to 7/11 foods. Just not good in my opinion.
