Absolutely incredible!!!!! The cost is completely justified as everything is made from scratch. Our total bill came to $75 before tip, but we ordered enough food for 5 people. The dishes were flavorful without being overly salty or seasoned. The Deep Fried Szechuan Chicken Nuggets were made with real Szechuan peppercorn, giving them a medium level of spiciness with a subtly numbing effect. Even the loose leaf jasmine... What Jess the Blessed doesn't like about Dumpling Village:
I went to dine at this restaurant yesterday evening and the waitress was extremely rude. I regret tipping her because she had an attitude when I asked for simple things like to-go boxes and utensils for our leftovers. Throughout our meal, I could hear her being rude to other customers as well and acting snarky. I work as a server at a much busier restaurant and I have never given attitude for no reason. I found this place a few weeks ago and i totally loved it. Everything tasted so good. I loved it. I am dumpling and bun lover, and this place is my favorite one now.
We've eaten here twice now and absolutely love this place. There's so many items to choose from and we've never had a bad item. It's a little expensive but the food is so good that it's definitely worth it. My favorite items are the sizzling plate beef, the hot sour soup, and the pork shrimp dumplings. We will be back!
Tasty dishes.. We had the xlb, soupy and fresh with good flavor. The fried pork buns were crispy and hot. The red bean buns went perfect with the jasmine tea. Honey walnut shrimp was our least favorite, but still very good. Definitely going back
The food at this restaurant is highly underrated due to its location. I have visited Chinese restaurants all over California, from Chinatown in San Francisco to downtown LA, and this place is among the best. When you first walk in, the smell is clean and unlike other Chinese restaurants I've been to, so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, the food was incredible. I ordered the pork ribs and pork buns, and they were amazing. The pork ribs might be a bit challenging to eat for those unfamiliar with this style of ribs, but the sweet and savory flavor, along with the layers of spices, was outstanding. The sticky glaze, similar to American style, was the best I've had in California. Surprisingly, this gem of a restaurant is tucked away in a corner in Rancho Cucamonga. The pork buns were also top-notch, with juicy pork meat inside a fluffy but crunchy bun. They tasted delicious when dipped in black vinegar and chili oil. I cannot praise this restaurant enough - the food was fantastic and I can't believe it's hidden here. I'm glad I gave it a try, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering dining here.

Throughout our meal, I could hear her being rude to other customers as well and acting snarky. I work as a server at a much busier restaurant and I have never given attitude for no reason. Additionally, the food was just okay - nothing special. Considering the price and the reviews, I expected more. After checking Yelp, I saw many reviews from other customers about their horrible customer service experiences. This will definitely cause the restaurant to lose business if they do not improve their attitudes.
