What Francis Weber doesn't like about Biest:
I don't believe their "handmade" pastas are actually handmade; they taste like Barilla to me. The timing for the appetizer, salad, and main course could have been improved. I felt rushed even though the restaurant was empty. It would be nice to give people some time to enjoy their wine and appetizers. I was still eating my salad when the main courses arrived. Delicious food and drinks! I really enjoyed the atmosphere and decor!
Food was good, service was slow as they only had one waitress working two large groups. Forgot to put food orders in, food took a while to come out, also takes 25 min to make a charcuterie board?
Had a great experience, the staff was kind and the food was so good.
Our server Audry was very nice and helpful with food and drink selections! Attentive and friendly. The food was good. Presentation was ok. Probably would return to check out another dish. The Lobster Ravioli was what I had and I gave it 3.5. The place was very nice and accommodating from the get go. With the open floor setting maybe some music would help with the the ambiance.
Love this place!!! The burrata is fantastic. Service is great. Hidden gem.
